This package includes canapes and a bar tab limited to R30,000. If the sponsor wishes to increase the bar limit, this will be for their own account. Alcohol is limited to local beer and wine as well as non-alcoholic beverages. The logistics of the event will be taken care of by the organisers and will be hosted onsite.
This sponsor is entitled to the following:
- 10 Minute brief opening address.
- Branding the venue of the cocktail event which includes four (4) free-standing 1M x 2M banners.
- Providing branded gifts to the delegates attending.
- Corporate logo on the official event website with a link to the sponsor’s website.
- 120-Word promotional paragraph on the sponsorship page of the event website. Content to be provided.
- Acknowledgement on ISPA’s and ZANOG’s social media platforms.
- Monitor logo display.
