Conference Photo Booth Sponsor                 

For three days R150,000.00 (excl VAT)

For two days R90,000.00 (excl VAT)

For one day R65,000.00 (excl VAT)

This sponsor is entitled to the following:

• Two (2) free‑standing 1m x 2m branded banners placed either side of the booth.
• Branded takeaway prints for delegates (your logo on prints) up to 400 prints per day (option to increase on organiser instruction).
• Sponsor is permitted to provide branded gift(s) for delegates to hand out at the booth.
• Corporate logo on the official event website with a link to the sponsor’s website.
• 100‑word promotional paragraph on the sponsorship page of the event website (content to be provided by sponsor).
• Branded display screen / monitor at the booth for sponsor logo and messaging.
• Full vinyl branding of the photo booth (artwork to be provided) examples of branded digital assets: sponsor logo on all digital images and QR sharing landing page.
• 2 on‑site booth attendants to manage guest experience for all three days.
• Setup and breakdown, including 1 day setup prior to conference.
