Jannie is the Chief Financial Officer for the ZA Registry Consortium and has over 25 years’ experience in corporate and financial management. He also has over 12 years’ experience in the domain name registration industry as Head of Finance of the .za second level registry operator in South Africa ZA Central Registry followed by ZARC.
He is proficient in strategy development and implementation, corporate governance, financial reporting, financial risk management, budget development and management, general management and oversight of financial operations. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), the South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT) and the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).
