Nicola was born and raised in Port Elizabeth and attained her Management Qualification at PE Technikon.
She travelled abroad to work in the USA and returned to SA where she ended up in the ICT sector. Nicola opened a few Internet Cafes in 2003 at various retail outlets. The business evolved and branched out as a WISP and was a founding member of WAPA. Today Amobia is a National Internet
Service Provider, serving thousands of home and corporate users. Nicola has also served on various committees including the Wireless Access Providers Association of SA and Project Nelson Mandela Bay.
Nicola has spent her entire working career in the ISP space and been through the evolution of technology from dial up days. She has also spent a few hours behind bars in her fight for a VANS license in 2004…
Nicola is involved in many charity organisations and is currently launching the Secret Love Project in the Eastern Cape.
